Shipping:

Ja'norr is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the delivery process. We advise customers to ensure the information is correct when placing an order and we advise customers to track their orders in regards of receiving your package. 

Damaged Packages:

If package received opened or damaged, please contact us through email (info.janorr@gmail.com) with a photograph of the damages before opening it. Please be mindful Ja'norr is not responsible for any damaged packages during the delivery process, but it is important to have documentation of the mishandled package, as it will be recommended to contact the carrier.
